We want you to be happy with Tomson Studio. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for paid plans and purchases.
1. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, who handles payment, applicable taxes and refund processing. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again afterwards.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first subscription purchase only.
3. Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date. If you were charged due to a clear billing error, contact us and we will make it right.
4. Usage and third-party costs
Tomson Studio subscriptions cover software access only. The Service uses your own third-party provider API keys; any costs charged directly by those providers are separate, governed by their terms, and are not refundable by us. Provider usage already consumed through your accounts is non-refundable.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email associated with your account, including your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement. As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds at its own discretion within 60 days of purchase in accordance with its policies.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
