We want you to be happy with Tomson Studio. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for paid plans and purchases.
1. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again afterwards.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first subscription purchase only.
3. Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date. If you were charged due to a clear billing error, contact us and we will make it right.
4. Usage and third-party costs
Tomson Studio uses your own AI provider API keys, and any costs charged directly by those providers are governed by their terms and are not refundable by us. Charges for AI generation usage already consumed are non-refundable.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email associated with your account, including your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
